Christ Church is hosting a benefit concert with Rachel and Friends (performing artists from our local community) who will present a benefit concert for Hurricane Relief for ERD (Episcopal Relief and Development) Saturday, January 18th at 10 a.m. till 11:30.
Performing artists include Rachel and Friends: Rachel Kamps-Huffman, pianist, singer and songwriter; Brittany Maroney cellist; Anne McKennon, flutist; José Trinidad, rhythm; Amy Trinidad, violinist and vocalist; Sirlister Smiley, singer extraordinaire, Tim Simpson, poet, and Richard Wright, fretless bass player.
Music will feature creative and engaging stories and music drawn from both well-known tunes and original songs. Prepare to give as you can while you are entertained, touched and motivated to participate in the LONG HAUL LOVE and support for those who need our care in the communities affected and harmed by recent storms.
